Eligibility
- The nominations are open to all General Counsels, Legal Heads and Chief Legal Officers, based in India.
- The nominee should be a licensed lawyer enrolled in any State Bar in India.
- The nominee should be an Indian citizen.
A General Counsel is more than just a lawyer. With the significant responsibilities of acting as the legal representative and providing legal and commercial advice on a host of wide-ranging issues, a General Counsel or Legal Head adds a lot of value to an organization.
