The nominations are open to any Managing Partner (or managing partner equivalent) within a practice firm.
The applicant should be a licensed lawyer enrolled in any State Bar in India.
The nominee should be an Indian citizen.
For the special category of nominees with less than 10 years’ experience, the date of the nominee’s enrolment with any State Bar should be less than 10 years as on 31st October, 2023.
